Up-level Your Protection Practices

Updated: Sep 28, 2020

It's impossible to think we are not affected positively and negatively by unseen energies.

My personal favorite ways are amulets which I personally work and baths I mix just to name a few.

Below are 5 simple ways to protect yourself from unwanted energy.

Black Obsidian

Black Obsidian Stone is a powerful cleanser of psychic smog created within your aura, and is a strong psychic protection stone.

Carry this stone on your handbag and have it in your home or care, or wear it on your person as a ring on necklace.

Evil Eye

The most well known Hater blocker.

The evil eye known as “mati” (μάτι) in Greek culture, is a curse thought to be given by a malicious glare that can cause bad luck or loss.

You may have heard someone giving you the "evil eye" from across the room - and many people around the world believe this to be more then just a saying.

And trust me it is more than just a saying.

Wear an evil eye somewhere on your body to ward off this curse and protect yourself throughout the day.

Pray

Sweetie, the power of prayer!

Daily / weekly prayers for calling in protection from your creator, ancestors, angels and other spiritual entities you may connect with.

Those words of power attached to your conviction do wonders.

A routine instead of once off when you are scared out your lace front cause you heard a bump in the night is key for balance and protection.

Protective Baths

Bath work is part of my specialties as a practitioner.

I will share a recipe or two in the members club or feel free to ask your practitioner you work with for a bath that can protect you.

Protective Oils

Self explanatory!

Protective oils like glamour oils and such are used in cosmetics such as lotions and butters to rub onto your skin and have it sink and radiate off you.

This is for a daily protective layer to ward of the nasties.

@marah glam mee to. It looks like it's becoming a fashion trend, i've seen some people get it on their nails and more girls starting to wear bracletes and necklaces with it, some tattoos too
